1. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.
2. Subscriptions
Monthly and annual plans are available. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Your access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
3. Refunds
No refunds are issued for:
- Partial periods after cancellation
- Unused time within a billing period
- Forgetting to cancel before automatic renewal
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- Service not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
- Duplicate charges
4. Free trial
A 7-day free trial is available on paid plans. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending resolution.
